Malacite sphere about 40mm

Malachite ball
This approx. 40mm Ø ball is cut from genuine malachite.
It was cut by hand in Zaire. Such stone balls are not 100 % round. You can hardly see this but you can feel it. In addition, the slightly different hardness of the rock layers of the malachite gemstone, which cause these almost invisible differences in height in the surface of the sphere due to different rates of abrasion.
