Necklaces with flat gem slices
These modern necklaces consist of many small jeweled disks, which were successively raised. The flat discs in square or round shape are sanded by hand and are so thin that many gemstones natural transparency or translucency will look good and makes for a fascinating play of colors.
By loving hand are the single jeweled disks genuinely unique and usually about 2 mm thick with a size between 4 and 6 mm. By closely successive slices results in a kind of snake chain optics which pleasantly wraps around the neck. Most of our necklaces gemstone discs are 45 cm long and fitted with a lock in silver.
