The Bluebird, an ultramarine lapis lazuli rough gemstone with sparkling pyrite strip is held by a heavy sterling silver frame that gives a delightful contrast to the natural, rock-like surface and deep blue of lapis lazuli. The silver pendant mimics the form of drops of lapis lazuli Rohedelsteins after and maintains these, of course, without gluing !, firmly.
